L’équipe Marketing transverse de la Business Line Marketing Digital Services
Equipe pluridisciplinaire de la Business Line, l’équipe Marketing transverse accompagne les product owners et business owners au quotidien, et ce, tout au long du cycle de vie des offres. Porteurs des process de développement d’offres, de gouvernance et roadmap des offres, de la contractualisation, de la digitalisation, du référentiel produits, notre équipe a un rôle transverse et fédérateur.
Nous portons et pilotons également tous les programmes transverses pour la Business Line tels que les nouveaux cadres réglementaires, le déploiement de la méthodologie SAFE (agilité à l’échelle), le programme de modernisation IT Newco, ainsi que tous les projets de coselling avec les autres Business Lines.
Du fait de notre positionnement transverse, nous travaillons avec l’ensemble des acteurs d’Orange Business : administration des ventes, opérations / exploitation, marketing central, commerce (France & International), finance, direction juridique, sourcing, etc.
