As a recruitment intern at ManpowerGroup, your missions will be to: 



  • Gather recruitment needs
  • Search for candidates (sourcing) in available CV databases (internal databases, job sites, school or professional directories).
  • Sort, analyze, and select received applications.
  • Contact candidates and confirm their suitability for the defined profile: motivations, skills, salary expectations...
  • Participate in organizing and scheduling job interviews (in-person, by phone, by video...).
  • Participate in conducting recruitment interviews

Before starting your recruitment internship, complete training is provided to support you throughout your experience.
