Join us as an Assistant / Receptionist. Your main role will be to provide professional, warm, and efficient reception for visitors, clients, and partners. As the first point of contact, you will embody the company's image and contribute to creating a positive first impression.



Your responsibilities will include:



  • Managing telephone calls,
  • welcoming, directing, and assisting visitors (guests, candidates, service providers, etc.),
  • preparing site visits: providing necessary equipment and communicating food hygiene and safety instructions,
  • managing the mailroom: receiving, registering, sorting, and distributing mail and packages, as well as preparing and sending outgoing mail,
  • receiving and registering supplier invoices,
  • coordinating and managing meeting rooms and common areas (cafeteria),
  • Organizing travel arrangements for employees.
  • Assisting the Office Manager with certain delegated tasks.

Required profile :

A 2-3 year degree is required, ideally in Executive Assistant, General Services, or Hotel/Restaurant management, as well as economics and management.



Previous professional experience in a similar role is sought.



To succeed in this role, excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a neat appearance are essential. Good command of basic computer tools is required. Versatility, discretion, and a proactive attitude will be real assets.
