Join us as an Assistant / Receptionist. Your main role will be to provide professional, warm, and efficient reception for visitors, clients, and partners. As the first point of contact, you will embody the company's image and contribute to creating a positive first impression.
Your responsibilities will include:
A 2-3 year degree is required, ideally in Executive Assistant, General Services, or Hotel/Restaurant management, as well as economics and management.
Previous professional experience in a similar role is sought.
To succeed in this role, excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a neat appearance are essential. Good command of basic computer tools is required. Versatility, discretion, and a proactive attitude will be real assets.
