Reporting to the General Services Manager, your tasks are as follows:



  • Welcome and direct visitors, clients, and suppliers;
  • Control site access by checking visitor identities;
  • Answer the phone, inform and redirect callers;
  • Keep top management informed of any irregularities observed;
  • Manage the small equipment needed for the reception desk to function;
  • Contribute to monitoring cleaning and security service providers;

Required profile :
  • A Baccalaureate/Bac+2 level of education with 2 years of experience in a similar role;
