Job :

• Design and Governance of the QMS (Quality Management System): Define and structure the process map for all departments.
• Define and structure the process map for all departments (HR, IT, Operations, Shared Services).
• Establish and manage the RACI Matrix to clarify responsibilities at each step of key processes.
• Support and Quality Culture: Support operational staff in formalizing their procedures and operating methods.
• Audit and Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular internal audits.
• Identify non-conformities, analyze root causes, and monitor the implementation of corrective action plans.




Required profile :

• Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in Quality Management, Process Engineering.



• Perfect command of the English language.



• Perfect command of Excel and PowerPoint.



• A results-oriented approach to problem-solving.



• Flexibility for inter-site work.



• Mastery of a quality management standard (ISO9001, COPC, or other similar standard).



• Ability to audit complex processes.



• Design of RACI matrices.
