In this role, your main tasks will be:
• Quality Data Management: Manage quality data for analysis and reports.
• Quality Animation: Lead quality initiatives and manage technical issues.
• Development Tools: Use tools for managing defects during development.
• Reactive Quality: Implement reactive quality measures, learn from them, and ensure quality at launch.
• Coordination: Coordinate and lead teams to ensure quality standards.
Degree: A Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or Quality Engineering)
Experience: at least 1 year of experience in quality management, data analysis, or a coordination role, preferably in industries like automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing.
Skills:
• Experience in automotive interior, mechatronics, or similar fields (preferred).
• Knowledge of Stellantis processes and tools (e.g., GST, APQP).
• Proficiency in tools for managing defects during development.
• Knowledge of CATIA V6 (not mandatory but a plus).
Personal Skills
• Strong ability to coordinate and lead teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage technical issues and implement quality improvements.
Languages
• English: minimum level B2.1.
