Quality and Safety Advisor | Casablanca (Morocco)

Missions:

Provide advice to teams and management on the Integrated Management System (IMS) and propose initiatives and continuous improvement plans, especially in Quality and Safety.

Activities:

Ensure the overall planning of the SRM-CS integrated management system;

Participate in the establishment and updating of process documentation and their integration into document management tools;

Monitor the deployment of procedures at the SRM-CS process and entity levels;

Schedule, plan, and monitor the annual internal IMS audits with the relevant processes and entities;

Support process owners and entity teams in preparing and conducting integrated process performance reviews for all IMS dimensions;

Support teams in their improvement and performance efforts;

Ensure the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the effectiveness of improvement actions by processes and entities;

Support projects for setting up management systems or extending their scope and ensure their integration into the IMS;

Support management system managers and process owners in preparing and conducting management reviews;

Schedule and plan certification audits and support teams in their preparation.

Academic Background:

Engineering degree or state-recognized Master's degree in Quality Management or equivalent.

Professional Experience:

Experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role.

Required Skills:

Mastery of standards and frameworks (ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, 37001, 27001, 17025, 50001, 29993);

Mastery of audit techniques;
