QMS Manager | Dakhla (Morocco)

- Maintain and develop the company's Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensure the writing, updating, and control of quality documentation (procedures, operating methods, instructions, records)
- Monitor quality indicators and analyze non-conformities
- Participate in the processing and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions
- Raise awareness and support staff in good quality practices
- Contribute to the preparation of internal and certification audits (IFS, Global GAP, ASC...)

- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Agribusiness Quality, Fisheries, Management, Engineering, or a similar field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the agribusiness sector
- Good communication, leadership, and team training skills
- Rigor, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
