Reporting to the Corporate Investment Banking division, you will be part of the Project Financing / Project Finance entity as a "Project Officer". In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing medium and long-term bank financing files for investment projects.
Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Analyze and process client financing requests in relation to risks,
- Ensure the follow-up of financing implementation in coordination with the middle office, business center, and processing services,
- Ensure periodic monitoring of client compliance with commitments made in credit agreements throughout the duration of the credits,
- Keep credit files up-to-date and organized,
- Prepare any commercial presentations for clients (Bank, services & PF references, service offers).
With a Master's degree (Bac +5) in finance and/or project management from a top business or engineering school, you have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
You have strong interpersonal skills and a well-developed commercial sense.
You have the ability to conduct in-depth analyses of the risks associated with projects to be financed in order to mitigate them (financing structuring).
You can effectively argue and persuade.
You have a good understanding of legal aspects.
You must have a good level of English.
