Reporting to management, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all production activities, including:
Operational management of the three departments: Pick & Pack, Make & Pack, and Wash & Pack
Organization and optimization of production flows while respecting quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Monitoring team performance and implementing continuous improvement actions
Human resources management (planning, supervision, team skills development)
Coordination with different departments (logistics, quality, purchasing, etc.)
Graduate of an engineering school or equivalent training
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in airline catering or food processing
Strong skills in team management and operations management
Good command of quality standards and constraints related to industrial production
Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
