Your main tasks:
• Lead business workshops and facilitate discussions
• Challenge and support teams in the detailed analysis of their needs

• Manage testing and acceptance phases before production deployment

• Estimate impacts (workload, costs, deadlines) of changes
• Manage bugs and incidents reported by business teams
• Actively contribute to the product roadmap
• Ensure regular and structured project reporting
• Implement KPIs and performance monitoring dashboards
Your profile:
• Excellent ability to lead workshops and unite stakeholders
• Proficiency in writing user stories and managing backlogs
• Strong ability in analysis, prioritization, and decision-making
• Good communication skills and experience in change management
• Structured mindset, results-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement
