Process Specialist level 1 | Tanger (Morocco)

Join our dynamic team in the Automotive / Motorcycles / Bicycles sector as a Process Specialist level 1. This position based in Tangier offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our industrial processes. Your role will be central in improving and optimizing our production lines. You will actively participate in identifying areas for improvement, implementing concrete solutions, and monitoring their effectiveness to ensure top-notch operational performance and maintain our leadership position.

Your main tasks will include:

• Detailed analysis of existing processes to identify malfunctions and opportunities for optimization.
• Participation in the design and implementation of new industrial processes.
• Close collaboration with production teams to ensure a smooth transition and successful adoption of new methods.
• Writing technical documentation and operating procedures.
• Monitoring key performance indicators and proposing corrective actions.
• Technical support to operational teams to resolve process-related issues.

To excel in this role, a Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required. Higher education in Methods / Process / Industrialization is a major asset.

A first experience of 6 months to 1 year in a similar position or in the field of industrial processes is requested. We are looking for profiles who already have an understanding of on-site realities and wish to develop their skills.

This position is for someone with an excellent sense of analysis and problem-solving. A good understanding of industrialization principles and production methods is essential. The following skills will be particularly appreciated:

• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency in office computer tools.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
• Autonomy and rigor in managing files.
• A first experience with process modeling tools would be an advantage.
