Join a dynamic company in the Automotive / Motorcycles / Cycles sector as a Process Engineering Specialist L1 in Tangier. You will join a passionate team and actively contribute to optimizing our production processes.
Your role will be essential in the continuous improvement of our manufacturing methods. You will work to identify and implement innovative solutions to increase the efficiency and quality of our productions, while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Your main tasks will include analyzing existing production flows, proposing technical improvements, supporting operational teams in implementing new procedures, and monitoring performance indicators. You will also participate in process documentation and training of employees on new methods.
To excel in this role, a Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required, ideally in a field related to Methods / Process / Industrialization.
An experience of 1 to 1 year in a similar position will allow you to quickly find your feet and bring your expertise.
Your key strengths will be your analytical skills, your rigor, and your interpersonal skills. A good understanding of industrial challenges and a desire for continuous improvement are essential. Proficiency in process engineering tools will be a plus.
