As the Process Director, your role will be to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement of the company's key processes. You will lead initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, quality, and compliance, while ensuring strategic alignment of operations with the organization's overall goals.



Your responsibilities will include supervising and improving existing processes, developing and implementing new methodologies, and managing the teams dedicated to these functions. You will also be responsible for:

Required profile :

  • Proficiency in process optimization methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Recognized leadership and communication skills.
  • Strategic vision and the ability to anticipate sector evolutions.
  • A thorough knowledge of the regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical/health sector would be a significant advantage.
