As the Process Director, your role will be to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement of the company's key processes. You will lead initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, quality, and compliance, while ensuring strategic alignment of operations with the organization's overall goals.

Your responsibilities will include supervising and improving existing processes, developing and implementing new methodologies, and managing the teams dedicated to these functions. You will also be responsible for:

• Analyzing the performance of current processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Designing and implementing innovative solutions to optimize workflows.
• Leading process transformation projects, from design to production.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Managing and developing the teams under your responsibility.
• Collaborating closely with different departments to ensure successful integration of optimizations.
• Monitoring key performance indicators and proposing strategic adjustments.

• Your solid academic background, with a minimum of a Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher.
• You have a deep and thorough understanding of the challenges related to project management and complex processes.
• Significant experience of at least 10 years in managing and optimizing processes.
• Proficiency in process optimization methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Recognized leadership and communication skills.
• Strategic vision and the ability to anticipate sector evolutions.
• A thorough knowledge of the regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical/health sector would be a significant advantage.
