Job Description
  • Manages and supervises the plant org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
  • Designs and leads initiatives with regard to plant
  • Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
  • Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
  • Manages and supervises multiple org units within plant
  • Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth


Qualifications and Experience
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations Management, or a related field


  • 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing or industrial operations


  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Production Director, or equivalent)


  • Proven experience managing multiple organizational units within a plant (production, maintenance, logistics, quality, engineering, etc.)


  • Strong background in budget ownership, cost control, and investment planning


  • Demonstrated track record in KPI-driven performance management (SQDC, OEE, productivity, cost, delivery, people)


  • Fluent in English & French (mandatory)
