As an HR intern, you will assist the HR team in various tasks and projects related to human resources management. Your mission will be to support the team in the following areas:
1. Recruitment and onboarding of new employees:
Participate in the creation and posting of recruitment ads.
Sort applications and conduct pre-selections.
Organize recruitment interviews.
Follow up on the onboarding of new employees (welcome, document handover, etc.).
2. Administrative management:
Participate in the creation and updating of employee files (contracts, addendums, trial period monitoring).
Assist in managing absences (sick leave, paid leave, work stoppages).
Contribute to updating HR files and preparing administrative documents.
Profile sought:
Education: Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in Human Resources, Labor Law, or any other relevant field.
Skills:
Good command of office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of the fundamentals of labor law and human resources management.
Good writing and communication skills.
Organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy.
Ability to work in a team and interact with different departments.
Qualities:
