We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Personnel Administration Manager for a large, renowned group in the construction sector to join our HR team.




Main tasks:




In collaboration with the HR department, you will manage personnel administration while contributing to the development of efficient and smooth HR management. Your main tasks will be:



Personnel administration: tracking employee files (hires, contracts, amendments, departures), managing absences, leave, and medical visits.
Payroll preparation: collecting and sending variable data, verifying information, tracking payroll-related documents.
Employee support: answering HR questions and providing support on administrative and regulatory matters.
Social and legal watch: ensuring internal procedures comply with current legislation.
Contribution to cross-functional HR projects: digitalization of processes, continuous improvement of HR practices.





Required profile :

Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Labor Law, or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of social legislation, administrative rigor, service-oriented, adaptability, and confidentiality.
