This strategic position is based in Kenitra, at the heart of Morocco's industrial activity. Join the human resources team and take charge of the operational excellence of payroll management. The main goal is to ensure the reliability and compliance of payroll and reporting processes, while providing expertise for the continuous improvement of systems and procedures. Actively contribute to the production of key information for strategic decision-making.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Complete management of the payroll cycle, from collecting variable elements to generating payslips, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current regulations.
• Production of social and tax declarations within the deadlines.
• Development and analysis of relevant HR reports (headcount, absenteeism, payroll costs, etc.).
• Participation in the optimization of payroll and HR administration processes.
• Support for employees and managers on payroll and benefits-related issues.
• Regulatory monitoring to ensure the compliance of company practices.
• Collaboration with internal teams (finance, IT) and external partners.

A Master's degree (Bac +5 and above) is required, ideally in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Training.

Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in payroll management and HR reporting is essential. Experience in the automotive sector or a similar industrial environment would be a major asset.

• In-depth knowledge of Moroccan social and tax legislation.
• Excellent knowledge of payroll software and reporting tools.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and produce concise and relevant reports.
• Rigor, organization, and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Autonomy, proactivity, and ability to make suggestions.
• Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.
