Join a dynamic company in the Automotive / Motorcycles / Bicycles sector as a Payroll & Reporting Sr Specialist. This strategic position is based in Kenitra, at the heart of Morocco's industrial activity. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced professional looking to take on new challenges and actively contribute to the performance of a recognized organization.



Join the human resources team and take charge of the operational excellence of payroll management. The main goal is to ensure the reliability and compliance of payroll and reporting processes, while providing expertise for the continuous improvement of systems and procedures. Actively contribute to the production of key information for strategic decision-making.



Your main responsibilities will include:



  • Complete management of the payroll cycle, from collecting variable elements to generating payslips, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current regulations.
  • Production of social and tax declarations within the deadlines.
  • Development and analysis of relevant HR reports (headcount, absenteeism, payroll costs, etc.).
  • Participation in the optimization of payroll and HR administration processes.
