Your main responsibilities will include:
A Master's degree (Bac +5 and above) is required, ideally in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Training.
Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in payroll management and HR reporting is essential. Experience in the automotive sector or a similar industrial environment would be a major asset.
