Job :
  • Analyze and define the functional needs of business units regarding payments, and establish the corresponding project file specifications
  • Plan and monitor the progress of payment projects in coordination with service providers and business units
  • Produce project deliverables (scoping notes, functional specifications, testing plans, etc.)
  • Approve the design with service providers, perform configuration, qualification, and testing of deliverables that meet client needs
  • Carry out the production launch and ensure the post-production phase during the warranty period
  • Formalize procedures, support materials, and deploy necessary support plans
  • Verify the compliance of practices with current management rules and standards
  • Identify, implement, and supervise realignment actions on current management rules and standards
  • Perform analyses and prepare project documents
  • Take charge of or organize the development of project deliverables
