Job Title
Operations Manager

Job Scope

The Operations Manager is accountable for fulfilling a smooth ordering and delivery process for strategic partners through the optimization of shipments and logistics activities. S/He handles RMA processes and procedures and submits insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner.




Main Duties and Responsibilities
Technical and Operations
  • Identify, manage and accelerate the sales pipeline by market segment
  • Oversee the daily processing of orders and ensure a smooth and timely delivery within agreed lead times
  • Handle RMA processes and procedures
  • Coordinate with the finance department to prepare all documentations necessary for the submission of insurance claims
  • Liaise with Re-Insurers to process insurance claims within the stipulated timeframe
  • Coordinate with the CRM and logistics teams on invoicing and deliveries to strategic partners
  • Handle the freight management
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of all logistics information
  • Study shipment routing and scheduling, consolidate freights and analyze costs optimizing delivery terms
  • Track shipments to ensure timely deliverables and update customers accordingly
  • Guarantee the accuracy and quality of CRM data to generate robust reporting and continuously improve customer satisfaction
Talent Development
  • Lead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownership
  • Develop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs and oversee development plans


Position Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or any other related field




Experience

Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience


Strong in full logistics process, stock management, customs etc.
