Main tasks:



As an Office Manager, you will play a central role in the administrative management and smooth daily running of the firm.
As a true right-hand person to management, you will also be the main point of contact for our partners, particularly in Canada, and will ensure the smooth running of internal operations.



Your main responsibilities:



  • Manage mail, calls, and greet visitors
  • Organize management's schedules, meetings, and travel
  • Ensure administrative follow-up of client and supplier files
  • Prepare, write, and update administrative documents
  • Supervise office logistics and manage supplies
  • Coordinate relations with international partners
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of administrative processes
  • Provide occasional support on various cross-functional missions


Required profile :
  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in Executive Assistance, Management, or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a similar role (audit firm, consulting firm, or demanding environment)
  • Excellent command of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • French and English essential (spoken and written) – a third language is a plus
  • Organizational skills, rigor, and ability to prioritize
  • Good interpersonal skills, discretion, and service orientation
  • Autonomy, reactivity, and initiative
