Job :

We are looking for a dynamic, competent, and highly professional Methods Engineer to join the Technical and General Services Department at UIR Hospital.
Your main missions will focus on the following areas:




Structuring methods and processes



  • Develop and update procedures, standards, and operating methods
  • Harmonize maintenance, logistics, and general services processes
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of work methods
  • Implement tools for monitoring and operational management

CMMS management and data



  • Administer and update the CMMS
  • Ensure the reliability of technical and operational data
  • Structure equipment, intervention, and history databases
  • Ensure document tracking and traceability of operations
     

Performance monitoring and reporting



  • Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop dashboards and activity reports
  • Prepare monthly summaries and presentation materials for the DTMG
  • Analyze malfunctions and propose corrective actions
  • Participate in the optimization of operating costs and deadlines
     

Support for operational teams



  • Support teams in applying procedures and tools
  • Provide methodological support to technical and logistics departments
  • Participate in the preparation of regulatory checks and audits
  • Contribute to the monitoring of service providers and maintenance contracts

Required profile :
  • Master's degree (Bac +5) in Industrial Engineering, Maintenance, Electromechanics, or equivalent
  • Experience in methods, maintenance, or technical operations, ideally in a hospital environment
  • Proficiency in CMMS tools and data analysis tools
