As part of the development of our industrial activities, we are recruiting a Methods Engineer to optimize production processes, improve industrial performance, and support continuous improvement projects.



The position is within a demanding industrial environment where cost control, quality, and productivity are key challenges.



Main missions



  • Define, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes
  • Implement and improve production ranges and bills of materials
  • Perform time studies, line balancing, and capacity analysis
  • Identify and deploy continuous improvement actions (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, etc.)
  • Participate in reducing production costs and waste
  • Support production teams in the industrialization of new products
  • Ensure the updating of technical documentation and work standards
  • Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and R&D departments
  • Monitor industrial performance indicators (OEE, scrap, yield, etc.)


Required profile :
  • Education: State Engineer in Industrial Engineering, Production, Logistics, or equivalent
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in methods, industrialization, or continuous improvement (internships included if substantial)
  • Good command of Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, VSM, SMED, Kaizen, etc.)
  • Knowledge of quality tools (SPC, FMEA, PPAP, MSA are a plus)
  • Good level in Excel and industrial analysis tools
  • Analytical mindset, rigor, and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with field teams
  • Proactivity and results-oriented
