Methods and Industrialization Technician / Process Planner (M/F) | Casablanca (Morocco)

You will be responsible for creating, writing technical documentation, and/or programming numerical control required for the manufacture of aeronautical engine parts, as well as for their production and testing.

Specific responsibilities of the position:

• Coordinate production and part development projects;
• Perform and write complex manufacturing processes for aeronautical engine parts and assemblies;
• Perform numerical control programming (multi-axis turning-milling);
• Interpret and validate technical requirements from drawings, models, and customer specifications;
• Issue and manage change requests for CNC programming and tooling design;
• Define tooling for assembly or inspection of parts in collaboration with related departments;
• Coordinate the introduction of new products and changes through strict and standardized quality processes;
• Provide technical support to the manufacturing workshop and external suppliers;
• Establish work standards to improve the quality and robustness of manufacturing processes.

Minimum required qualifications:

• Education: College diploma (minimum Bac +2, i.e., Associate's degree or equivalent) in Aeronautical Manufacturing, Manufacturing Technologies, or Mechanical Technologies.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in manufacturing or mechanical design, with at least one year required in methods.

Technical skills:

• Proficiency in programming, ideally on Catia (or failing that, on another software such as Mastercam, with essential proficiency in Catia for design).
• Knowledge of SAP, PLM, Vericut tools, and AS9102 standards (a significant asset).
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.

Languages:

• French: Very good level required (written and oral).
• English: Intermediate level required (written and oral).
