Mechanic | Chefchaouen (Morocco)

Main mission:

• Perform curative and preventive mechanical work necessary to keep the department's production equipment in working order according to safety rules and production requirements (deadlines, quality, ...).

Main activities:

• Locate the origin of a possible breakdown
• Repair, maintain, adjust, overhaul, and configure the department's mechanical equipment and production facilities
• Check the operating status of mechanical equipment and critical wear points
• Carry out and implement the preventive maintenance plan for the department's mechanical equipment
• Change or repair defective mechanical parts and components and proceed with testing, adjustments, and configurations
• Ensure the operational compliance of mechanical equipment (reference state, safety, environment, regulations, ...)
• Participate in the implementation of new installations
• Ensure interventions comply with safety standards 
• Ensure compliance with safety instructions and housekeeping

• Master the reading of industrial drawings
• Read Hydraulic diagrams
• Know the concepts of Strength of Materials
