To plan, deliver, and assess high-quality learning experiences for primary school students, fostering their academic, social, emotional, and personal development in a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment, while implementing the school curriculum in alignment with the school's mission, vision, and values.

Key Responsibilities



Academic and Pedagogical Leadership ● Design, implement, and oversee the Primary academic program. ● Ensure effective delivery of the curriculum and pedagogical methodologies. ● Promote innovative, student-centered teaching practices. ● Analyze academic results and establish continuous improvement plans. Teaching Staff Management ● Coordinate, mentor, and evaluate the Primary teaching team. ● Identify professional development needs and support ongoing training. ● Lead pedagogical meetings and foster collaborative teamwork. ● Participate in the recruitment and induction of new teaching staff. Student Monitoring ● Oversee students’ academic, social, and emotional progress. ● Implement support strategies for students with specific learning needs. ● Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. ● Coordinate behavior management and wellbeing strategies. Family Engagement ● Maintain effective and timely communication with parents and guardians. ● Participate in parent meetings, conferences, and school events. ● Address and follow up on concerns or significant situations. Administrative Management ● Prepare academic and performance reports for the Primary section. ● Coordinate timetables, assessments, and school activities. ● Ensure compliance with internal policies and educational regulations.



Skills, Qualifications and Experience ● Bachelor's degree in Primary Education or a related field. ● Valid teaching certification or license, as required by local regulations. ● Minimum of X years of teaching experience in Primary Education. ● Experience in bilingual or international schools is an advantage. ● Strong classroom management and instructional skills. ● Sound knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methodologies. ● Effective communication and interpersonal skills. ● Strong planning, organizational, and assessment skills. ● Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs. ● Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a teaching team. ● Commitment to continuous professional development and student-centered learning.
