Based in Casablanca, you will join a dynamic and multicultural team supporting the delivery of products and solutions to customers across the region. What you’ll do:

As a Material Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring product availability while maintaining optimal inventory levels and supporting customer satisfaction. Working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Suppliers and Eaton manufacturing sites, you will coordinate material flows and drive supply chain performance.




Key responsibilities




  • Manage material replenishment and inventory levels to ensure product availability and customer service excellence.
  • Create, monitor and adjust purchase orders through daily collaboration with manufacturing plants and suppliers.
  • Coordinate import activities and maintain effective communication with suppliers, freight forwarders and customs brokers.
  • Monitor customer orders and proactively manage supply shortages, delivery risks and recovery plans.
  • Provide delivery commitments and availability information to support commercial opportunities and new projects.
  • Perform goods receipt transactions in SAP and resolve delivery or invoice discrepancies.
  • Conduct weekly warehouse stock reconciliations and investigate inventory variances.
  • Support demand planning activities through forecast reviews and supply analysis.
  • Analyze inventory performance, identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure data accuracy within SAP and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in Material Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management or Supply Chain operations.
  • Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Experience working with international suppliers, manufacturing sites and logistics partners is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

Technical Skills




  • SAP proficiency is required.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, replenishment processes and supply planning.
  • Experience in import/export operations and international trade is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and data management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and digital planning tools is a plus.

Languages




  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken, is required.
