Vehicle Logistics OBT Masterdata guarantees, for systems and processes under responsibility, the creation of a full set of master data in all involved systems to avoid blocking transport operations and to support all system troubleshooting in order to identify root causes, action plans, and solutions for execution.
For system(s) and process(es) under Vehicle Logistics Solution Designer responsibility:
- Ensure master data integrity in key Stellantis systems
- Ensure that all open master data update requests are sent to the right contact
- Maintain OBT master data processes to support data quality
- Develop and document processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity
- Provide assistance in resolving data quality problems
- Responsible for maintaining master data training documents
- Drive continuous improvement of the master data troubleshooting process
- Participate remotely in war rooms for different markets to gather troubleshooting feedback
- Assist and train in the application and implementation of procedures for data standards and guidelines on data ownership
- Ensure that OBT troubleshootings are followed up by SP and Stellantis operations
- Update Power BI data tool analysis with the help of the IT team when needed
Master’s Degree (Bac +5 equivalent) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or Management
• Technical Skills
Strong IT skills, allowing you to work independently across multiple systems.
Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain basics.
Ability to analyze and manage complex data in integrated and external system environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.
Adaptability to work with various systems and tools.
Excellent time management: ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in fast-paced, changing environments.
