Job Description
You ensure product and process quality across manufacturing operations by applying quality systems, problem-solving methods, and continuous improvement practices. This role sits within the Quality organization and partners closely with production, engineering, and suppliers to protect customer satisfaction and compliance.


Responsibilities
  • Lead quality planning and control activities across assigned products and processes.
  • Analyze internal and external quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • .Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods.
  • Support new product and process launches through APQP, PFMEA, and control plans.Ensure compliance with customer, internal, and regulatory quality requirements.
  • Coordinate audits, including internal, customer, and third-party quality audits.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to reduce defects and variation.
  • Prepare and present quality performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership.


Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, 8D, and control plans.
  • Familiarity with IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 quality management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate quality issues clearly and effectively.
