Maintenance Agent | Meknès (Morocco)

As a Maintenance Agent, your role will be essential to ensure the smooth running and performance of our operations. Your main goals will be to ensure the proper functioning of all production equipment, to minimize unplanned downtime through rapid and effective interventions, and to actively participate in the continuous improvement of maintenance processes to optimize the reliability and durability of our facilities.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance operations on industrial equipment.
• Diagnose faults and propose suitable solutions.
• Carry out troubleshooting, adjustments, and replacement of defective parts.
• Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Write intervention reports and monitor maintenance indicators.
• Comply with safety regulations and contribute to their improvement.

For this position, a Bac +2 level diploma is required. Training in production, quality, safety, or maintenance will be particularly appreciated.

Initial professional experience, between 1 and 5 years, in a similar role will be a major asset. You have already proven your ability to manage technical interventions and understand the challenges of industrial maintenance.

We are looking for someone with a strong sense of observation and great attention to detail. Your technical skills in mechanics, electricity, or pneumatics will be essential. You are capable of working autonomously, managing priorities, and taking initiative. Good analytical skills to solve technical problems and good interpersonal skills to communicate with teams are also expected. Proficiency in basic computer tools and knowledge of safety standards are mandatory.
