As a Last Mile Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring an optimal delivery experience for our customers, by ensuring the performance and reliability of the service. Your missions include:



  • Managing delivery activity for orders: ensuring daily tracking of delivery flows and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Adapting resources and means: planning and adjusting staff and vehicles according to operational needs and volumes.
  • Implementing and monitoring KPIs: defining, analyzing and monitoring last mile performance indicators (deadlines, success rate, customer satisfaction, costs).
  • Managing specific flows: supervising the delivery process, from payment to delivery and managing returns to the store.

Required profile :
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Bac+2 to Bac+3) in logistics, supply chain, transport, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in operational logistics management, ideally in e-commerce or retail.
