Logistics Manager (H/F) | Kénitra (Morocco)

We are looking for a Logistics Manager for one of our clients. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing all logistics flows, from raw material supply to finished product delivery. You will ensure component availability, stock reliability, and overall performance of the logistics chain.

Main missions:

• Develop and monitor the supply plan for raw materials and components.
• Ensure the reliability of requirements calculation (MRP) and optimize stock levels.
• Supervise internal and external logistics operations.
• Coordinate flows between different departments: production, purchasing, quality, transport.
• Implement performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners.
• Ensure operations comply with quality, safety, and deadline standards.

• Preparatory classes (Math Sup / Math Spé): mandatory
• Engineering degree from a state school: mandatory
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in logistics, supply chain, or industrial planning.
• Mastery of requirements calculation for materials and components (MRP)
• Excellent understanding of logistics processes: procurement, planning, inventory management, transport.
• Proficiency in IT tools and logistics ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills (scientific profile required).
• Rigor, organizational skills, and autonomy.
• Natural leadership and ability to coordinate multiple teams.
• Excellent communication in French and English.
