As part of strengthening our team, we are hiring an experienced Litigation Recovery Officer.



Responsibilities:



  • Manage client files in the litigation phase
  • Follow legal procedures in coordination with lawyers and bailiffs
  • Implement recovery actions
  • Ensure follow-up of disputed files until their resolution
  • Conduct field visits and negotiate repayment plans
  • Provide support to sales teams in monitoring client accounts and managing disputes
  • Produce regular activity reports


Required profile :
  • Bachelor's degree to Master's degree in Law, Finance, or Management
  • Proven experience in litigation recovery
  • Good command of legal procedures and recovery techniques
  • Rigor, analytical skills, and respect for confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong comfort working in the field
