Liquid Sanitation Unit Manager | Rabat (Morocco)

We are looking for a "liquid sanitation unit manager" profile with 7 to 10 years of experience in the field.

Main tasks:

• Ensure the monitoring and analysis of performance indicators for operators and the distribution sector in the field of liquid sanitation;
• Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective measures to optimize the performance of liquid sanitation networks;
• Contribute to the harmonization of best practices and the development of technical guides for the sector;
• Collect and analyze national and international best practices in the liquid sanitation area;
• Participate in the study and implementation of major liquid sanitation infrastructure projects;
• Coordinate with various stakeholders (operators, partners, consultants) to ensure effective implementation of technical recommendations.
• Ensure the technical, administrative, and financial monitoring of liquid sanitation projects;
• Ensure the compliance of completed works and liquid sanitation networks with current standards.
• Control and monitor various aspects related to investments, from budgeting to quality control of work.

Experience in the distribution sector is a plus.

Required training and skills:

• State Engineer diploma (Bac+5 or equivalent) in environment, with a specialization in liquid sanitation.
• Good knowledge of tools and software related to the field.
• Good command of project management techniques.
