Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Daily Management System (DMS) routines and support performance monitoring across departments.
• Coordinate and support Kaizen initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and sustainment of improvement actions.
• Support teams and frontline leaders in applying Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving tools (PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, etc.).
• Conduct Gemba observations, track improvement actions, and support compliance with ABS (APMT Business system) standards and Lean assessments.

What We Are Looking For:
Continuous improvement mindset:we are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful improvement mindset—curious about how work gets done and motivated to make meaningful, sustainable improvements over time.

• Master's or engineering degree or equivalent experience in operations, engineering, trade or a related field

• 3 - 5 Years of experience in a similar position

• Proven experience applying Lean principles, including Kaizen, PDCA, and value stream mapping
• Strong knowledge of KPI management, visual management, and Daily Management Systems
• Demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and engage stakeholders across different levels
• Effective communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills in operational environments
