ABOUT THE ROLE :

Support sales growth by qualifying leads and re-profiling Multichannel customers through outbound calls. The role focuses on identifying revenue opportunities, assessing customer potential and generating qualified sales opportunities while maintaining accurate customer information and delivering excellent customer service.



YOUR TASKS :
  • Contact leads assigned through the sales management system and execute the calling plan provided by management.
  • Qualify prospects and identify business opportunities through outbound telephone activities.
  • Re-profile Multichannel customers and identify potential customers eligible for rank-up opportunities.
  • Assess customer shipping needs and identify revenue growth potential.
  • Use effective communication techniques to identify decision-makers and gain access to business opportunities.
  • Generate qualified leads and notify the appropriate Sales Executive when development opportunities are identified.
  • Promote DHL products and services by demonstrating a strong understanding of customer requirements.
  • Maintain and update accurate customer information within DHL systems and databases.
  • Clean and enrich lead and customer databases with relevant information gathered during customer interactions.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of DHL products, services and commercial offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales teams to support customer acquisition and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with DHL policies, procedures and workplace standards.
  • Participate in projects and additional activities assigned by management.
  • Achieve productivity and quality targets, including daily calling activity objectives.
YOUR PROFILE :

BAC +2 minimum or equivalent qualification.



1 to 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Telemarketing, Business Development or a related field.



Strong telephone communication and customer engagement skills.



Good command of French, spoken and written.



Passion for customer service and customer relationship management.



Ability to identify customer needs and uncover business opportunities.



Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems is an advantage.



Knowledge of DHL products and services is considered an asset.
