SOGEA Maroc is recruiting a Lawyer whose main mission will be to implement actions aimed at managing legal risks and securing SOGEA Maroc's operations from the tender phase to the end of contractual obligations, under the supervision of their manager.



Your missions will be:



  • Respond to legal advice and assistance requests from SOGEA Maroc's internal entities in collaboration with the legal and insurance manager;
  • Establish templates for subcontracting agreements and supply and service contracts;
  • Analyze contractual documents for OCP projects and their associated risks;
  • Assist operational entities in the daily contractual management of construction sites, help draft claims and compensation requests;
  • Prepare study files or tender documents by carrying out an initial legal analysis under the supervision of the manager;
  • Prepare contractual files for construction sites for the manager;
  • Prepare legal and contractual training sessions in collaboration with the legal and insurance manager for SOGEA staff.



Required profile :

With a Master's degree in business law or private law, you have a strong command of contractual management and legal procedures. You stand out for your rigor, your analytical skills, and your sense of organization, while being able to communicate clearly with teams and simplify legal issues. Discretion, reliability, and teamwork skills complete this profile.
