Laboratory Supervisor | Mohammédia (Morocco)

Reporting to the Regional OCM Manager, the Lab Supervisor is responsible for supervising and ensuring the proper execution of laboratory analysis activities, in compliance with SGS standards, client requirements, and Quality Management System procedures.

• Supervise daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with analysis schedules
• Technically validate results and ensure timely transmission of reports to clients
• Manage maintenance, calibration, and traceability of laboratory equipment
• Ensure compliance with the QMS (ISO 17025 environment), method validation, and proficiency testing
• Identify non-conformities and make appropriate technical decisions
• Apply and enforce HSE rules and safety procedures
• Supervise and develop the skills of laboratory technicians

• Master's degree in Chemistry, Industrial Process Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of laboratory experience, ideally in the Oil & Gas sector
• Previous experience in laboratory supervision or coordination required
• Good knowledge of laboratory quality systems (ISO 17025 desired)
• Leadership, rigor, organizational skills, and continuous improvement orientation
• Strong professional integrity and ability to manage a demanding operational environment
• Proficiency in French and English
