Reporting to the financial department, the Junior Management Controller is the guardian and promoter of the group's management rules, the point of contact for management with operational teams (DD, CE, RA), and guarantees the reliability of financial information/reporting.
Main tasks:
- Ensure financial monitoring of projects: opening, closing, VE, RMG, project follow-up
- Master management tools
- Analyze financial indicators (business/companies): invoicing delays, collection delays
- Act as a business partner to operational staff (Director, CE, RA)
- Inform and, if necessary, alert management / identify and assess project risks
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account closings at company and division levels
- Prepare budgets and reforecasts for companies and the division
Education: Graduate of a business school or equivalent with a specialization in finance or management control.
Technical skills: Good command of corporate finance, especially financial modeling. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles is essential. Proficiency in Excel is a must (VBA is a plus).
Personal qualities: You are recognized for your rigor, analytical skills, and ability to synthesize complex information. You demonstrate autonomy, organization, and a strong ability to work in a team in a multicultural environment.
Experience: Previous experience in management control or finance, ideally in the energy infrastructure sector, would be a plus.
