Your background is valued, and we are open to self-taught individuals. Training focused on call center jobs would be a plus.
A first experience of 1 to 2 years in a similar role, ideally in the insurance or brokerage sector, is required. Your proven ability to manage a volume of calls and interact with a diverse clientele will be particularly appreciated.
We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong capacity for listening. Good communication, mastery of basic computer tools, as well as strong organization and the ability to manage stress are essential. Adaptability and proactivity are also major assets.
