IT Tech Team Lead | Rabat (Morocco)

Position:

Manage locally a team of High-tech resources working in teams and pods to deliver high value programs
Coordinate with hiring managers, supervise, organize your scope to ensure performance and consistency targets are met
Contribute in the selection and identification of your team members
Provide guidance and day to day insight to different team members
Conduct performance monthly and bi-annual reviews
Create and nurture a culture of performance and over achievement within your team
Onboard, develop skills, upskill, train and ensure that your teams skills are always in concordance with the HM requirements
Manage discipline, absenteeism, work ways and ensure that Cnexia's business rules and policies are respected and applied by all tech teams
Hold regular touch points with your team, the service delivery manager and the Hiring manager to guarantee a day-to-day monitoring of the delivery and team progress in correspondence to the different projects your team is involved in

• Bachelor Education Level in an advanced IT field (preferably development, project management, Data etc.)
• A previous experience as a Team lead in a multi-national bilingual (Eng+Fr) environment
• Experience with Agile Management approach
• Experience with project management
• Experience with service delivery management
• Experience with DevOps practices
• Continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
• Agile software development
• Experience with cost optimization
• Service oriented, and autonomous
• Proactive, innovative, and critical thinker
• Good communication skills in English and French
• 5 years working experience Team management in a highly demanding Tech environment.
