IT Network Technician | Casablanca (Morocco)

Contribute to the performance and reliability of network infrastructures by ensuring their deployment, maintenance, and continuous optimization. Your role will be essential to guarantee the smooth flow of information exchange and the proper functioning of critical IT systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

• The installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Proactive monitoring of network performance and incident resolution.
• Participation in network evolution projects and the implementation of new solutions.
• Management of backups and implementation of network security policies.
• Technical documentation and follow-up of operational procedures.

To excel in this role, a 2-year college degree (Bac +2) is required. A specialization in IT, Electronics, Telecoms, or Networks would be a major asset.

Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role is expected. This period should have allowed you to develop a thorough understanding of the challenges related to managing IT networks in a demanding professional environment.

This position is for someone with the following skills:

• Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Knowledge of network architectures (LAN, WAN, VPN).
• Experience with server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
• Ability to diagnose and solve complex technical problems.
• Organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with technical teams and users.
