Main responsibilities:

• Design and implement in-store interior layout solutions, in line with the IKEA concept and global guidelines.
• Create inspiring and commercial room settings that reflect local customers’ life at home.
• Work closely with commercial teams to optimize product presentation and drive sales.
• Analyze the in-store customer journey and propose continuous improvements.
• Contribute to the planning of seasonal changes and layout projects.
• Ensure quality, sustainability, and visual consistency across all installations.

Profile required:

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience in retail or visual merchandising is an asset.
• Strong understanding of design trends and life at home.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
