As part of our continued growth, ARROW ECS is strengthening its sales teams and is looking for an Inside Sales Representative (English-speaking) focused on new business development.




What will you do at Arrow?



  • Drive new customer acquisition and pipeline growth by proactively identifying, qualifying, and engaging net-new end users.



  • Execute outbound sales motions (calls, emails, campaigns) to uncover new opportunities and generate qualified leads for Arrow and its partner ecosystem.



  • Position Arrow’s value proposition, solutions, and partner offerings to address customer business and technical challenges.



  • Work closely with partners to support new opportunities with quotes, pricing, product information, and solution guidance.



  • Identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities within newly acquired or early-stage accounts.



  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene through daily updates.



  • Follow defined sales processes, qualification frameworks, and partner engagement models.



  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to resolve product, pricing, or solution-related questions and move deals forward.



  • Deliver a professional, high-quality customer experience through clear, timely, and confident communication.




The profile we are looking for



  • Proven experience in new business development, outbound sales, or lead generation in an inside sales environment.



  • Background in Inside Sales, Business Development (BDR/SDR), or acquisition-focused sales roles within tech, SaaS, or IT.



  • Strong communication and discovery skills with the ability to articulate value, identify pain points, and influence buying decisions.



  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, partner-led sales model with multiple stakeholders.



  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven with strong organizational skills.



  • Experience managing pipeline and activity tracking in a CRM (Salesforce or equivalent).
