We are now looking for French-speaking sales professionals to support expansion across France.
The Role We are seeking a driven, tech-savvy sales professional who is passionate about bringing innovative clean-tech solutions to market.
You will play a key role in generating new business, building relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term commercial partnerships.

Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities across French via outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) Manage and own RFQs and tender processes Qualify inbound and outbound leads, managing all Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) Progress opportunities from initial engagement through to close, achieving sales targets Tailor messaging to industrial and manufacturing customers Deliver online product demonstrations and presentations where required Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers (distributors, wholesalers, end-users) Maintain accurate CRM records (e.
g. Salesforce, HubSpot) Collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders If you are based outside the UK we can only accept free-lance contracts.
Requirements Fluent French (essential) Strong English communication skills 4+ years of Inside Sales Closing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technical solution sales with strong customer-facing skills Knowledge within the lubricant market, or similar technical product environment.
Experience selling industrial products, lubricants, chemicals, or related goods.
Technical background preferred Proven track record of exceeding sales targets Confident phone presence with excellent communication skills Proficient with tools such as Sales Navigator, Zoom, Webex, and MS Office CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
) Comfortable with outbound sales and consultative selling Strong interest in technology, sustainability, or industrial solutions Self-motivated and target-driven mindset We are a UK-based company.
Applicants based outside of the UK will be engaged on a freelance contractor basis, as we are unable to offer employment contracts outside the UK.
