Job Description

Missions principales


Rattaché au département Industriel, votre rôle est de transformer les données de conception en instructions de fabrication claires pour la production électrique.


  • Élaboration des livrables industriels : Création des gammes de fabrication, des fiches d'instructions (FIE) et des nomenclatures (BOM).


  • Analyse technique : Exploitation de la maquette numérique (3D) pour définir les processus d'assemblage et de cheminement des câbles.


  • Optimisation de la production : Définition des outillages nécessaires et amélioration des temps de montage.


  • Interface technique : Assurer le lien entre le Bureau d’Études et l’atelier de production pour garantir la fabricabilité des systèmes.



Qualifications

Profil & Qualifications


  • Formation : Bac+5 / +3 / +2  en Génie Électrique, Électromécanique ou Industrialisation.


  • Expérience : 2 à 7 ans d'expérience en méthodes, idéalement dans un environnement à forte contrainte technique (Ferroviaire,ou Automobile).


  • Compétences techniques :


    • Maîtrise de la lecture de plans électriques et de la conception 3D (Type Catia/DMA).


    • Capacité à rédiger des processus techniques structurés.


    • Connaissance des outils de gestion de production (ERP/PLM).


  • Soft Skills : Esprit de synthèse, rigueur rédactionnelle et excellent relationnel pour le travail d'équipe en atelier.
