Your role will be to ensure the definition and implementation of the IT strategy, in perfect alignment with the company's growth and operational excellence objectives. This will involve ensuring the performance, security, and evolution of information systems while supervising a dedicated team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• The definition and management of the IT budget.
• The management of infrastructure and application development projects.
• The supervision of all IT systems (networks, servers, business software).
• The implementation of robust security policies and regulatory compliance.
• Supporting teams in the adoption of new technologies.
• Negotiating with technology suppliers and partners.
• Analyzing business needs and proposing innovative solutions.

A Master's degree or higher is required, ideally in Information Technology, Information Systems Engineering, or a related field.

With significant experience of 10 to 20 years in information systems management, you have demonstrated your ability to successfully lead major projects and manage teams in complex environments.

• Excellent skills in project management and team management.
• Mastery of IT architectures, networks, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
• Ability to define a strategic vision and translate it into concrete action plans.
• Communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the hotel industry would be a major asset.
• Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
