Position: Junior Human Resources Officer

Main tasks:
Participate in the recruitment process (CV screening, interviews, onboarding)
Manage employee files
Track absences and leave
Contribute to administrative HR management
Assist in implementing training actions
Profile sought:
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources or equivalent field
First experience (internships included) desired
Good command of office tools
Sense of organization and discretion
Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
