Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Advisor will have the following responsibilities:
• HR Development :
- Manages the integration and retention process for employees in their scope
- Co-manages recruitment interviews
- Handles internal job openings: development and publication of the advertisement, receipt, sorting, and pre-selection of CVs, scheduling internal recruitment interviews, co-managing interviews & assessments
- Handles departure files: receipt of departure requests, management of interviews, and administrative coordination of departures (definition of notice period, consolidation of required documents, etc.)
- Monitors and coordinates the objective-setting and annual performance appraisal processes for employees in their scope
- Leads certain HR development committees within their scope
- Deploys the internal mobility process within their scope (talent pool creation, talent management, etc.)
- Executes the implementation of HR action plans within their scope (new tools, processes, systems, etc.)
• Administrative Management:
- Updates and ensures the accuracy of administrative management files for employees in their scope (headcount tracking, movements, working hours, etc.) in accordance with current rules and procedures
• Disciplinary Management:
- Investigates disciplinary cases (qualification of offenses; definition of the associated sanction level up to the 3rd warning) within their scope for decision by their management
- Assesses the legal compliance of the disciplinary sanction process
- Conducts disciplinary sanction interviews
- Manages relations with the labor inspectorate
• Management of Social Relations:
- Analyzes and reports to their management elements that could weaken the social climate
- In collaboration with the Social Relations Coordinator, monitors the deployment of actions decided within the employee representative bodies (IRP) and alerts their management about deviations and dysfunctions related to their implementation

• Advice:
- Handles requests from employees in their scope regarding their careers (information requests, mobility requests): collection, analysis, and response
- Gathers assistance requests from managers in their scope for handling HR cases, and coordinates their response
- Shares best practices implemented within their scope that could be subject to overall capitalization
• Reporting
- Prepares reports and updates HR dashboards (disciplinary, mobility, departures, etc.)
- Reports to their management and obtains approval for disciplinary sanctions exceeding their area of responsibility
With a higher education degree (Bac+4), you have a minimum of 4 to 5 years of HR experience in a similar role, ideally in a customer relations center.
You have a good knowledge of regulations, strong synthesis and analytical skills. Your interpersonal skills and listening abilities are essential qualities to successfully carry out your missions.
