Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Advisor will have the following missions:
• HR Development:
- Manages the onboarding and retention process for employees in their area
- Co-manages recruitment interviews
- Handles internal job openings: creation and publication of the ad, receipt, sorting, and pre-selection of CVs, scheduling of internal recruitment interviews, co-management of interviews & assessments
- Handles departure files: receipt of departure requests, management of interviews, and administrative coordination of departures (definition of notice period, consolidation of required documents, etc.)
- Monitors and coordinates the processes for setting objectives and annual performance reviews for employees in their area
- Manages certain HR development committees for their area
- Implements the internal mobility process within their area (talent pool creation, talent management, etc.)
- Executes the deployment of HR action plans within their area (new tools, processes, schemes, etc.)
• Administrative Management:
- Updates and ensures the accuracy of administrative management files for employees in their area (headcount tracking, movements, working hours, etc.) in accordance with current rules and procedures
• Disciplinary Management:
- Investigates disciplinary cases (qualification of offenses; definition of the associated sanction level up to the 3rd warning) for their area for decision by their hierarchy
- Assesses the legal compliance of the disciplinary sanction process
- Manages disciplinary sanction interviews
- Handles relations with the labor inspectorate
• Employee Relations Management:
- Analyzes and reports to their hierarchy elements that may constitute factors weakening the social climate
- In collaboration with the Employee Relations Coordinator, monitors the implementation of actions decided within the employee representative bodies (IRP) and alerts their hierarchy about deviations and dysfunctions related to their implementation
• Employee Relations Management:

• Consulting:
- Handles requests from employees in their area related to their careers (information requests, mobility requests): collection, analysis, and response
- Gathers requests for assistance from managers in their area in handling HR cases, and coordinates their response
- Shares best practices implemented in their area that can be capitalized on globally
• Reporting
- Prepares reports and updates HR dashboards (disciplinary, mobility, departures, etc.)
- Reports to their hierarchy and obtains approval for disciplinary sanctions exceeding their scope of authority
With higher education (Bac+4), you have a minimum of 4 to 5 years of HR experience in a similar role, ideally in a customer relations center.
You have a good knowledge of regulations, a good ability to summarize and analyze, your interpersonal skills and listening skills are essential qualities to successfully carry out your missions.
